Time For 9 o'clock hosted by @paul
It's National Happy Hour Day, a time when people go to the pubs between 4PM and 7PM. Happy Hour, as we know it today, actually got its start with the U.S. Navy as far back as 1914 to morale. Later, it became a marketing gimmick. Not everyone goes to the pub. What do they do? Let's Play!

How to play: Write something, Use the HashTag, Toot/Post and Repeat!
